Olmec is always on top of the latest technology and they let us know how it can help our business grow. Their team is great to work with because they are not only technically proficient; they are also nice people with excellent communication skills. Our IT issues are resolved quickly and correctly when they arise and the technicians are able to explain what was done in a way that the average non-techie can understand. The staff feels comfortable when an Olmec Tech is on site. This is a combination that is hard to find. Any company looking for first class IT support would be doing themselves a disservice by not contacting Olmec Systems.
In the chaos of opening our doors for business, Olmec Systems was able to quickly grasp and identify our needs, potential challenges and resource obstacles so we were properly prepared from day one. They looked into ways to reduce our costs without sacrificing functionality and made themselves available whenever a random need arose. On opening day, a technician was on site first thing in the morning and stayed with us all day to ensure we were up and running without issue. The ongoing service and support has been great. They are always available when we need them, including nights and weekends. We heard about Olmec from a friend and colleague who had worked with them before, and are pleased we made the decision to hire them as well.
