Tesserent do what they do exceptionally well and they also take the time to really listen and understand our changing needs and requirements. We feel truly valued as a client. Tesserent took the time to understand Luther College’s requirements and created a solution tailored to our needs rather than make something fit our needs.
Tesserent has been managing our network security for the past four years. We based our initial decision to move to Tesserent on the need for our environment to be highly secure and one that did not require us to constantly spend valuable time to manage and monitor. Implementation of the Tesserent service proved to be a very simple and transparent process. Tesserent have since provided us with a consistently high level of friendly and rapid service. We had no hesitation in recently renewing our agreement with them.
We use Tesserent's firewall, email and Web filtering. The best thing about Tesserent solutions is that not only provides a firewall but it also provides all the additional security services we are looking for. Their ability to stay in front of the current threats that are emerging in the marketplace is definitely one of the strong points.
We recently branched out into use their delivered Internet Services. I've always said that Tesserent is the best vendor we deal with, they are responsive, knowledgeable and their service is second to none.
When I first met the Tesserent team, I was told how impressed with their Managed Security Service I would be. In fact "impressed" was an understatement. The Tesserent engineers have consistently gone beyond our expectations in protecting our network. The support and expert assistance from everyone at Tesserent, has been nothing short of amazing.
