The Bank decided in 1998 to network our personal computers. We contacted several peers for references on different vendors. NMGI was highly recommended, and we reviewed a peer’s network system designed by NMGI. We were impressed and hired them as our network consultant. This decision proved fruitful, and we have never looked back.
As a service business, service from a network consultant is of utmost importance. The service we receive from NMGI is impeccable. NMGI helps us communicate with regulators and out IT auditors and quickly address any concerns or needed changes. We had a specific situation that demanded immediate attention. NMGI brought in a team of engineers that same day and did not leave until early the next morning until they resolved it. We very much appreciate their level of service.
The information technology world is constantly changing and evolving. The newest technology is not always cost effective or necessary for a community bank. NMGI is very good at introducing the technology to us and diligently discussing the pros and cons. They never try to sell us anything that is not necessary at the time just to make a sale.
