The worst decision I’ve ever made as a small business owner was to work with Visory. Their software is terrible and the only thing worse is their customer service, or lack thereof. The software frequently fails to the point we can’t login and access our financials. There is no priority service for big issues - It doesn’t matter if I can’t get into QuickBooks, I can’t send emails, I need to contact QB support, which requires their facilitation- they don’t care and don’t support. Their average response time is more than one day, and that is only a response, not a fix. After more than a year, I am finally giving up and I’m going move to QuickBooks online.
That itself is problematic because they control my file and not even QuickBooks can migrated over without their help. Without my approval, they advanced my file beyond the year my license is for, I have no way to open my file with the software that I have purchased. Shockingly, they want me to pay them to help migrate my file off their server. Something QB will do for free, if they could access our file. Not shockingly, nobody at Visory knows how much that is going to cost or will help do it. Their software has disintegrated to the point that we no longer can send invoices either. Nobody will respond or help. Worst company ever.

Swizznet was excellent to work with until they were bought out by Visory. My employees have had constant issues logging into QuickBooks all last week and this week. When you try and call Visory, no one answers and tech support takes their sweet time calling you back. Ever since Visory bought them it has been an awful experience. We will be looking to move our QB elsewhere as Swizznet is no longer now that Visory has come in and screwed everything up. Take you QB business elsewhere. Avoid Visory as they are not worth the headache or the cost!!!

Swizznet was great, they were extremely responsive and helpful. Once Visory bought them, the support has completely disappeared! Every time my office has a problem we have to wait over a week for them to respond. Now I have a major issue- where I cannot get access (therefore I can't work) and I have called, emailed, waited in chat queues etc and cannot reach anyone. I have been waiting for 10 days without response. If you want a service that takes care of their customers, take your business elsewhere!

In order to share secure files with those offsite, we had to use QuickBooks routed through a virtual private network. Because 99 percent of our invoicing is done electronically, this slowed down our workflow considerably due to a sluggish network. We eventually determined that the only way to do invoicing efficiently was from the main office – not an ideal situation if someone needed to work remotely.
Moving to Swizznet was the first step in being less IT dependent. With our previous system, people were spending a lot of time trying to complete IT tasks they didn’t fully understand. Now, Swizznet’s technical support team replies in a timely manner with real can-do help.
