UPTIME SUCKS...Takes forever to open PDFs...it often lags...when you reach to them, they say you need to buy more memory (ie, increase your monthly spend on UPTIME... you buy more and it does not solve the problem...you complain and they say you need to buy even more capacity...if you do, it still does not solve the problem...it's a terribly ineffective and inefficient solution for a busy law practice.

This cloud service is probably OK for firms that just do some light word processing (although it often takes 30 to 40 seconds to start Microsoft Word), but it is woefully insufficient for firms that use computers heavily.

Uptime is a very expensive cloud service. Be careful, If you leave they will hold key portions of your data and basically use extortion tactics to release it charging you thousands of dollars while threatening to destroy the data. It is all about the money to them. They lost an entire database when we uploaded with them using their means, so when we left we decided to extract our files ourselves, but they did not inform us that they had put a key file on a different server seperate from the rest of our data. Don't trust them.

If there are any firms out there that are considering this Uptime as its cloud-based service provider, I strongly suggest that you speak with others who have already fallen prey to the marketing fluff and have endured the dismal customer service of this company. The service is slow, sporadic and extremely frustrating to endure. And when we contacted them for help, we were told to adapt around the company's deficiencies. They do not follow through and take your firm's money and time with false promises which are followed with instructions to figure it our yourself.

Moving to Uptime Practice eliminated the need to replace our server, buy server software and deal with technology issues. The transition went smoothly and Uptime’s staff has been amazing. Our team loves the work experience and having the same desktop from the office or remotely.

We are now a few months into our engagement of JurisPage/Uptime Legal, and they’ve failed to perform and we’ve been forced to issue a chargeback. They were to perform certain content production and SEO services for us, but they haven’t meet the deliverables and, when we requested a refund for their failure to deliver, they offered only a partial refund. Unfortunately, we were forced to issue a chargeback with our merchant provider.

We’re a small law firm and need to be able to work from anywhere. We chose Uptime Legal after diligently researching our options. The migration was seamless and we’ve had no downtime since moving to the cloud. Support is fast and effective.

Recently moved to the cloud with Uptime. The service works really well. It is great not to have to worry anymore about our local servers being down. Their customer support has been helpful and easy to connect with. New computers are really easy to connect with the system. Staff is happy with the improved ability to work from anywhere.
