I am writing to once again comment on George’s significance to CFSS, to our employees and to me. He is well versed in our operations and effective in dealing with all the issues that arise. Obviously, I have no expectation he will be available on a Sunday evening and I am extremely appreciative of his help last evening. I wanted to take this time and let you know that your guys did a tremendous job on the Exchange project. Although, it has yet to be completed, we have accomplished the largest hurdle of the project. We transitioned the entire organization to the new email system w/o a hitch. It was so smooth that we were complemented by everyone in the organization. From our executive level to the average employee, all have complemented the project and love the new Exchange. The transition from the old exchange 2003 to the new exchange 2010 was so seamless; your guys did an excellent job! Our executive level has been through many exchange mail upgrades, that they were in shock in awe on how the transition was so transparent and problem-free. We all have experienced catastrophic e-mail upgrades, but nothing can compare on how PCA performed and made it so effortless. I couldn't have done this without them. You should be proud to have employees like them, as they are hard to find. I hope you add these remarks to their upcoming reviews. The final phase of the project is to decommission the old exchange, update the MX records, and finally move the physical server to Cervalis. Anthony, I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your help regarding one our computers recently. Your patience and respect were so appreciated. I had a prior experience with another computer company that was very unpleasant due to the lack of courtesy to A&R’s staff. He had a very degrading tone to his voice and would continually talk down to people. That is not the case with you or anyone else I have spoken to in your organization.
