I wanted to take this time and let you know that your guys did a tremendous job on the Exchange project. Although, it has yet to be completed, we have accomplished the largest hurdle of the project. We transitioned the entire organization to the new email system w/o a hitch. It was so smooth that we were complemented by everyone in the organization. From our executive level to the average employee, all have complemented the project and love the new Exchange. The transition from the old exchange 2003 to the new exchange 2010 was so seamless; your guys did an excellent job! Our executive level has been through many exchange mail upgrades, that they were in shock in awe on how the transition was so transparent and problem-free. We all have experienced catastrophic e-mail upgrades, but nothing can compare on how PCA performed and made it so effortless. I couldn't have done this without them. You should be proud to have employees like them, as they are hard to find. I hope you add these remarks to their upcoming reviews. If you need quotes or references for your marketing campaign, please feel free to use me. The final phase of the project is to decommission the old exchange, update the MX records, and finally move the physical server to Cervalis. I am so confident the last leg of the project will be nothing but a breeze with PCA watching my back.
