You folks just outfitted us with new copiers and I expected it to be like every other time a school system got new copiers — I'd have to fiddle around for two or three months until I got things figured out. Instead you had people there to assist us before school started to give one-on-one lessons and I was bowled over that you had a person there this morning to assist us with last minute questions. The man was friendly, helpful and more than happy to answer our questions.
