Animal Emergency Referral Center (AERC) is a 24 hour Specialty and Emergency Veterinary Hospital and I can never have my computers go down! When AERC had a computer crisis on a busy holiday weekend, Tom gave up his own holiday to work long hours at AERC and kept us up and running! That is the level of service you can expect from this extraordinary technology team. Tom and his crew handle all our IT service from our basic computer needs to our complex imaging requirements. TRowe has established a back up system that allows AERC to recover any potential lost data within minutes and a back up server system that keeps AERC running when hardware fails! TRowe has provided seamless integration of additional services as AERC has grown through the years. Animal Emergency Referral Center has recently expanded in to mobile animal imaging. TRowe has created a path through the clouds for our mobile service to send hundreds of CT images while on the road, to our off site radiologists – technology that no one else is doing.

Your staff impresses me every time with their professionalism, patience, and overall customer service. Candace, Sean, Josh and of course, yourself, are always willing to help, easy to talk to and always take the time to give clear explanations. I may not be the most computer savvy person but thankfully you guys take care of all that for me without making me feel inadequate As an office manager, I know how frustrating it can be to always hear from clients when things have gone wrong but rarely do they take the time to let us know when we’re doing well. What I love most about working with TRowe.net, is their ability to strategize with our real needs and budget in mind. They call us with updates…instead of us calling them. It’s a pleasure working with them.
Also….they really know their stuff. They’re extremely good at diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing. If one technician has a doubt, they’ll collaborate with another TRowe.net technician until it is solved.
They’re always friendly, always concerned, always thorough…and never have an attitude.
