Buffalo Wheelchair has been working with ACP for 20+ years. Their IT staff is attentive and quick to respond to issues. Our On Site Technician has two scheduled days in our office, has great knowledge of the inner workings of our systems and can have most issues fixed in a matter of minutes, and will do so remotely if not an on-site day. Any issue that cannot be handled remotely, ACP can usually send a Tech same day if needed. Buffalo Wheelchair has an excellent working partnership with Ben and his staff, we would highly recommend them.
Using ACP as our IT consultants provides us with piece of mind. They keep tabs on our network, perform updates in the background, and plan for our future IT needs, so we can just concentrate on our business.
