You can’t put a dollar on the experience and support that ZAG brings to our team. They’re constantly looking out for us, managing risks we don’t even know about, and making sure we’re protected.
Zag have a collection of professionals that are easy to understand and listen to what you need when you are in a jam. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to cloud services especially Microsoft O365. My last incident was a DNS authentication issue that our e-mail security support or Microsoft support could not resolve. Zag came through in a clutch and resolved our problem without breaking a sweat. Its good to have them when I can't figure things out.
We see Office 365 as our first step into cloud computing—it’s a great way to transition without having to move everything at once. We worked with one of our IT partners, ZAG Technical Services, to help us smoothly migrate to the cloud. The collaboration was a great success.
Since that move, we’ve experienced 100 percent uptime for our email, with less labor required on our part. We are also considering migration to Microsoft SharePoint Online in the future, where in addition to content management, we are looking forward to document management and using new collaboration tools.
While companies like to avoid legal holds, eDiscovery provides the tools to make the process easier to manage. The Exchange Control Panel is easy to use for setting email retention policies and single item recovery capabilities to help in any legal issues that we might face.ZAG is an invaluable vendor for me. They have a great cross section of engineers, who are very good at what they do. Equally important is their commitment to customer service. They really take ownership of projects like the Office 365 project, and they’re always on alert for network issues that might interrupt our operations. We have a strong relationship and are very happy to have engaged with them years ago.
ZAG has become part of our IT team. They provide strategic advice on just about all our projects. We value their status as a Microsoft partner because we are a big Microsoft shop.
So we always give them a call for advice on such things as upgrading to SharePoint 2010.ZAG is an invaluable vendor for me…. We have a strong relationship, and are very happy to have engaged with them years ago.
