With so much of our business activity now taking place online, we know how important it is to be protected from the threat of scams, data theft, and other online vulnerabilities.
Cybersecurity is an issue that has to be taken very seriously and this training has raised awareness and enhanced our own IT security policy.In Clark IT’s hands, the transition went smoothly, and it’s done away with downtime which is not only a hassle and an inconvenience, but which impacts on productivity and our ability to manage our clients expectations and changes to work scopes effectively.
Reliable IT systems are a must and we’ve been happy to work with Clark IT to achieve these improvements in a cost-effective manner.We spoke to Clark IT when we decided to move from an internal IT department to fully outsourced. We were very impressed with how flexible they were in taking us on at very short notice. In the initial 6-7 months of working together we have completely overhauled our data networks, and made five-figure savings in various areas without any reduced functionality - going outsourced has made a six-figure saving overall. Our infrastructure is now much more resilient and we have a clear IT strategy. Most importantly we have a robust disaster recovery solution which has been tested; we know our business can quickly recover in the event of a disaster which gives us a lot of confidence.
