Our business is based on relationships. From our sponsors to the vendors we work with; each is an extension of our organization’s image and more importantly play a part in our success. Having RS Technology provide our IT services has made us a stronger, more efficient and more profitable organization. We consider them an extension of our company and are grateful for having the ‘good guys’ on our team.
We save money and get more in return for it. If you take the expertise that they provide us, that would be about a $300,000.00 a year department for a company of our size. I feel like I have someone I can call who will give me honest information back, and I don’t have to wait all day to hear back from them. Out support costs are a fraction of what they would be with an internal IT department and we have significantly better service and coverage.
