- Datarealm was founded by three University of Pennsylvania students back in 1995. They were able to start the company due to the emergence of a new operating system called "Linux" that provided them a secure reliable operating system at virtually no cost. We were there for the remarkable upswing that the industry saw during 1998-2000, as well as the downturn when the "bubble" burst. We're still standing tall many years later, and are all the wiser. SSAE-16 Type II certification. Going forward, we are looking to expand and improve the services that we offer. As long as we can keep our current customers happy -- we've done our job. We may never be the largest hosting company, but we may very well be the best.

Hands down, in my 30 plus years in customer service, I thought myself as an individual and Scope 10 as a business, stood apart in our relationship building efforts and customer service until I met Datarealm. I applaud you all for the way your customer service is handled and "Always" providing the best customer service experience imaginable. Most web startups are on cloud providers. We checked them all out, too. Digital Ocean, Amazon, and other cloud providers are larger companies that offer similar technological capacities at similar prices to Datarealm, but we wouldn’t dream of switching. Why? Service... That’s what we got with Datarealm. And that’s why we expect to be on Datarealm until they run out of servers.
