It was essential for the Council that our consultant had considerable experience specialising as a multivendor offering hybrid solutions.

We are always seeking to improve on how we deliver cyber security to our users. Forfusion recently identified opportunities to improve our 800 plus site networks and data centres, improving immeasurably the security posture that is so critical to our business, with our remote working users in particularly set to see significant benefit.

We engaged with Forfusion to help us identify suitable solutions to deliver against our UC Strategy and to make a recommendation on what we should choose as our preferred platform.
The work involved helping us to develop our requirements so that we could proceed to a procurement exercise, evaluating options, identifying solutions and then making recommendations based on our sites, existing legacy stand-alone solutions and the need to deliver in a phased approach.

Forfusion’s lead consultant was flown over to Australia to spearhead the operation, drawing on his experience and that of his team (based in the UK) to provide invaluable technical and commercial expertise, ensuring findings and output were articulated and documented to the highest standard.
Perhaps most importantly, Forfusion quickly became an extension to the customer’s delivery team, leveraging in-house expertise, adjusting to internal politics, and where required, challenging decision making at the very highest level.
