Everything from the telent Cloud team’s account handling to the way they executed the migration project was first class, and designed to work the way we as a nimble, entrepreneurial company needs. So as a business, we couldn’t be more satisfied!
As a business we had a good appreciation of the benefits of hosted services, since all our production and customer facing services, which customers access, have always been managed off-premise. So we didn’t have any concerns about virtualisation or hosting per se, our challenges were more about ensuring adequate performance, connectivity, and stability – the telent Cloud team very quickly put our minds at rest.
Things have gone extremely well in our partnership with telent Cloud, so much so that we are now exploring the possibilities of additional IaaS services, including Backup as a Service – and we hope there will be many more projects, like this, that we can embark on with telent Cloud.

The move went extremely well and all of our initial concerns were quickly dispelled thanks to the skill and expertise brought by the telent team. We see telent as an extension of our own technical team. We were planning this move with them for the best part of 12 months and they were able to offer advice at both a strategic and tactical level.
IT infrastructures aren’t designed to be moved, so this was a hugely expensive and complex exercise. However, thanks to the diligence and hands-on assistance of the telent team our mission critical systems were seamlessly moved to a new environment.

When it came to the implementation telent did exactly what they said they would do. Its technical people were very knowledgeable. They were always helpful and provided a very good service.

We have put a lot of effort into selecting the right terminal for the Force to ensure that we can deliver protection to the communities of Warwickshire for many years to come. We are confident that the new Sepura product represents the best combination for Warwickshire of performance, value and ongoing support. As well as providing officers with secure communications to the force control centre, officers can use the terminals to communicate as teams using a common channel or make individual person to person calls.
Officer safety is enhanced and the new terminals are more rugged and better protected from the weather.

We had a complex requirement to de-install and re-install communications equipment into vehicles across my entire Fire and Rescue Service. telent won the competitive Firelink tender for England, Scotland and Wales. They paid careful attention to our needs from start to finish, and the work was carried out to a high standard and has seamlessly integrated with our current command and control systems. The on-going support and maintenance contract gives us peace of mind and ensures that all our vehicle communications systems are ready and available when we need them. We are very pleased with telent’s work and would recommend them to others.

My experience of working with telent has been very, very good. I’ve been really pleased. We get really good co-operation from our telent team. They’re always very responsive to our needs, and always try to do their best to meet our objectives.

The work carried out by telent on the Merseyside stations went extremely well and their engineers dealt with all the issues that arose.
