Michael Lowbridge, Business Manager & Company Secretary at Dubbo Christian School

Having the techs on the ground really makes a difference. Viatek assigns two specific techs who are our go-to’s, but there are six or seven further techs as backup if our prioritised two are sick or on holidays. The ones who come here regularly know the school, they know what to do, they know the site in terms of where things are located, which is all very convenient. With all of this, there’s a level of trust that’s developed.
The key thing for me was Viatek’s depth of service.

Melinda Darwall, Licensed Estate Agent at Professionals Yarra Valley

Because we had grown so quickly, we needed a company that knew what we needed, could come up with different ideas and to know how to fix things – and that’s what Viatek has done.

Abby Brown, Rental & Sales Trust Admin at Hockingstuart

When Viatek ScanAssist creates the payments in Console, it’s just super, super, fast. I’m pretty quick, but there is no way I could do it in that amount of time. The whole process now takes less than a quarter of the time I used to spend on it. The program is absolutely brilliant and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Mark McDonald, CEO – Officer in Effective Control at Student Housing Australia

We had experience with a software package that incorporates a scanning program, but ScanAssist with Viatek is so much better. Staff love it. It’s very quick, it’s accurate and it’s just so much easier to do anything with. SHA’s total man-hour savings due to Viatek ScanAssist are around $30,000 a year — and this already takes into account the software’s cost. For us, this was not about reducing labour, but better using it, and ScanAssist has meant we can redeploy people to do other things and build other areas of the business. I’ve been very, very impressed with the software, it’s extraordinarily powerful software, and has completely reduced all that boring, mundane stuff.

Tim Davies, Business Manager at Health First Medical Group Ballarat

One thing that is important to me was dealing with a company that didn’t try to take over my business and tell me what was best for me. Rather, they came into my business to see what we were about and what we wanted to achieve through our IT, telco and print, and then took a consultative approach in providing us with that solution. They were the only company that wanted to come on site and get a feel for what our vision was — not what they thought it should be. A dedicated account manager, project manager and support via their helpdesk, has made the whole process transparent and effective.
When further equipment is required, they are very professional in the manner in which they deliver and install it. This is vitally important to a busy medical centre.

Ian Cowling, General Manager at France Family Funerals

Viatek are the only Newcastle-area technology company to offer a scan bureau. While many funeral companies continue to allocate resources to scanning and storing documents, with Viatek’s solution, France Family Funerals have again embraced change, and us, and our clients, are reaping the benefits.

Kim Jones, Commercial Manager at Brad Jones Racing

Viatek has been extremely proactive in how they can improve our business. There is great synchronicity too, in the fact we’re both regional and in the technology: our business is very technical and advanced — and so is the equipment Viatek showed us. We’re very happy to partner with them for all these reasons.
We’re very impressed at the way Viatek went about understanding what printers we had in our business and how we used them, to give us solutions and make them the most cost efficient. It’s not very often somebody comes into your business and can do that. In this day and age, most people are trying to sell you something — and not necessarily the right thing for you.
Even though we’re a very process-driven organisation, with lots of technology, we hadn’t really looked at our office equipment in that way. Now everything is streamlined, and we have much greater efficiencies and quality.

David Young, Business Manager at Beaconhills College

Working with Viatek across a range of services takes the stress out of having to deal with multiple retailers and suppliers. We’ve enjoyed very big benefits but even smaller organisations can benefit from access to Viatek’s level of expertise.
We’ve saved on staff time even as the school as grown. It’s good to have Viatek’s ongoing support.

Sally Young, Office Administration Manager at Acumon

We talked to quite a few providers who were happy to give us what we asked for, but they weren’t improving on it. Viatek gave us all these other options, which opened up a lot more possibilities than we had thought of. None of the others did that. They also didn’t have the checkbox solution for automated document management, which has freed up at least 60 hours a week for staff to do other, more profitable activities for our business.
