I have to say that Cofficient have been excellent in their approach, picking up quickly the needs of the organisation and what we had to achieve. They were very flexible in accommodating our requirements and good at guiding us through potential solutions. Cofficient are very responsive. Moving forward, we know that we can still make further improvements and will be working with Cofficient to continue to develop the system.
Calnex was going through a period of high growth and needed to replace a legacy system which couldn’t cope with all our critical business processes. Cofficient helped us embed NetSuite best practice into our organisation and streamline all our processes. We have been able to remove duplicated effort, improve access to information and gain better visibility of crucial business information such as stock and operating profit. Implementing software is a big project for any business never mind a business growing rapidly internationally. We felt very comfortable working with the guys at Cofficient because they are just very good at what they do. They didn't just help us with the software configuration and data migration, but they also got us up to speed with using the system and using more and more of it so we continue to get the best out of our investment.
