Tegen have provided five star support to us over our eight years in business. We have needed only one visit since our initial systems installation and that was for our last significant upgrade in 2015. Accounting systems have significant challenges as we are required to use multiple software packages to support individual client needs – we have daily online filing to HMRC, Companies House and now pension providers to support auto-enrolment. Tegen support has prevented any downtime and our backups and email systems were recently transferred seamlessly to the Cloud.
