I am a little older and I need to be walked through updates etc. I deal more with Joe on a day to day basis and he is very responsive. First he needs to decipher what the thingameggie is doing and saying to me and then he walks me through what I need to do. He gets back to me quickly and usually restores or corrects my problem within minutes. Our office has several locations, we have the main office with the servers, a satellite office, workers that travel and we can all work from home. Everyone has different devices and needs.
