Response to our issues is very timely and efficient. Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and able to solve most issues over the phone. My office computer has lost the ability to print on several occasions, and the staff has been able to correct the problem in a matter of minutes through the remote system. With the Offsite Backup feature there is a lot of peace in knowing if we need something from our system it is there. CIS has installed a complete security system in our office, which has proven to be very effective in maintaining security within our offices.
CIS didn’t try to talk us into any 'extras' which we felt we didn’t need. They were always willing to go into detail, explain features and to leave the final decision up to us. They were also very patient and polite when answering questions/addressing issues.
