Very poor company. Only after your money. We've been a client for many years, but over the last couple of years they've ignored email requests, claiming employees have left when in fact they're still working there, and rolled contracts when we've specifically asked them not too. Very very disappointing. Beware

Working with Pulsant means we have access to a whole host of IT specialists; we are continually reviewing our IT estate and treating our relationship with Pulsant as an ongoing one. We’re always looking at new technologies and ways to boost our digital presence. With that in mind, we’re looking to refresh our website towards the end of this year or early next year. A large part of this will be making it more appealing and customer friendly, as well as hosting additional video feeds, which will require a more robust supporting infrastructure behind the website, as well as enhanced connectivity that Pulsant will be helping us with.

Overall, we’re happy with the Pulsant platform in terms of availability and functionality, as well as the proactive support and advice we receive from the team. As a result, we may even consider moving additional systems to the cloud if the opportunity arises.

We have worked with Pulsant for more than 15 years and have built a high level of trust with them during this time. In an industry that has to be able to perform consistently during seasonal peaks and troughs, we needed to have the ability to add capacity to a site extremely quickly, and the improved failover means that if a single server crashes it is no longer an issue as it will come back to life on another virtual machine.
