We had to migrate many, many gigabytes of data to the cloud. Throughout the whole process, we knew what to expect, what day it would start, what day other things would happen. It all went according to plan. The transition was great, Nortec was fantastic and any issues we had were resolved within hours.
We now have a robust firewall, VPN access, and a backup routine. All set up by Nortec – all correctly. Now that we’re using Skype for business, we don’t need to use WebEx anymore. Skype has all the capabilities we need. The response time from Nortec has been great, I’m no longer a middleman to getting a problem fixed, so it frees me up to do other things.

Every time we contact the Nortec help desk, they take care of business. The support is excellent. They go above and beyond – it’s not just the base support – there’s been more than one time that we’ve been on the phone for an hour or so to resolve an issue. We needed more security for our data and more flexibility to work remotely, a cloud solution seemed to be the answer for us. I felt it was economically smarter – a better use of my time and company resources – to use Nortec for a project like this.
We needed to be able to share and collaborate internally, but also be able to send files to our clients. The implementation went perfectly, the workflow was flawless.
We’d had SharePoint 2010, but Office 365 gave us the latest version and it is remarkably better and faster than the old one.
Our business moves so much and so fast, Office 365 really was a game-changer for us. We’ve taken what we’re able to provide our clients to a whole new level and we’ve improved our delivery time by a factor of 10 at least. We don’t have to purchase upgrade licenses or spend time upgrading users. We just have it automatically and I didn’t have to spend thousands up front – I can amortize the fees over time, which is much more cost effective for my business.
