Continuous Networks provides the greatest value in the market. For us, we don’t want the cheapest, we want the best value. After years being hosted by a cheaper alternative, we needed a solution with a proactive and personal touch. The difference between our past experience as a subscriber at a large hosting company and our current experience with Continuous is night and day. In the past, we were a number on an invoice, and a monthly payment. The hosting company didn’t know or care about our business needs, and as a result, the support we received was always by staff who knew absolutely nothing about our setup. Our team ended up spending a substantial portion of each day just making sure all of the sites were online. If there was a problem, we would have to bring it to the attention of the hosting company. When we moved to Continuous as our dedicated network and hosting provider, our daily lives changed dramatically for the better. We were assigned a team of bright and articulate individuals who immediately gained a firsthand understanding of our technology. We no longer have to bring problems to the attention of our provider – Continuous is proactive and responsive regardless of the time or day.
