We had a good first impression of Fitzrovia IT. It does not come cheap but they promised great service, prompt feedback...in short, they have very good Sales.

Once we signed up, the problems started. First, the migration was delayed and it was far from smooth. Among the mistakes they made, I would highlight an information breach, that was unacceptable. It took us over a week to figure it out because they did not want us to see their work.

We had IT issues that were not resolved in the agreed timeline. In one case, they did not work on it because they were "too busy" and they leave us with the issue for over 3 weeks. They keep promising a great service but not meet the deadlines. The competence of their staff varies a lot and is not impressive. We often ended speaking with Microsoft, Apple or SentinelOne to find a solution.

I would not recommend them. You have much better IT companies that will cost a lot less. Do not believe what the Sales tell you. They are polite people but did not deliver in our case. We are leaving them after 3 frustrating months.

Firstly, we had a charming, delightful account manager pitch. However, from the moment we initiated our contract with them the delivery paled in comparison to even our basic expectations.

They did not have a proper grasp of our IT systems or software. Struggled to set-up a new user correctly (syncing gmail with outlook). Made multiple errors with our file sharing permissions, resulting in key folders inaccessible for staff for half a day. They were always polite and tried to deal with things diplomatically, however, we received no discount for the service despite the amount of time we spent having to correct mistakes internally or liaising with them, to at times, simply reverse what they had done.

Would not recommend, and I hope they learn from our negative experience with them.

Fitzrovia IT is continually innovating and making sure Strettons has the most effective IT solutions in place. This is why I continue to work with them and why I have recommended them to my friends and business associates.

Having a member of the Fitzrovia team visit us each month and address those little problems that can eat into so much of your time is hugely helpful. For Fitzrovia IT, support does not stop once they have installed something or fixed a problem, they are there when I need them and the team are a pleasure to work with.

We decided that the office move would take place over the weekend which was not a problem for Fitzrovia. They accurately quoted for how much the move would cost and put a plan in place to ensure it went smoothly and didn’t impact on the running of the business. All our staff had to do was leave our old office on Friday evening and then go to the new office on Monday morning.
Fitzrovia IT managed the process extremely well resulting in no IT related downtime and minimal stress and disruption to our staff. Over the three years we have worked with Fitzrovia, the team are very responsive and deliver excellent customer service as was the case during our move. Having an engineer pop back in to install some additional hardware and switch over the broadband line was a huge help and above and beyond the call of duty.

Fitzrovia IT’s disaster recovery solutions mean that all mission critical servers we have will be left live should anything ever happen at the company. All I need to do is connect my laptop and I can have systems back up and running again from a remote office in no time.
