It is truly worry free. I can come in, sit down, and do my work without worrying about something not working. If we do have a problem (and we have), I just call OXEN and it gets fixed right away! OXEN’s presence and commitment is what really sold me. Actually, I wish I had done this a long time ago.
We’re able to provide better service to these new communities than the competition. OXEN Technology assists in establishing the infrastructure necessary to service this emerging market. It has been good to grow with OXEN Technology, another area business, over the years.
It was extremely helpful, as a non-profit, to have someone say ‘this is what you need to buy, this is why you need to buy it, and this is what it’s going to do for you’. We just need to feel confident that OXEN has our best interest in mind, and I think they’ve been very good at that. It sounds really silly, but so much of what OXEN does for us is supposed to be invisible…And that’s part of going to this service agreement, where OXEN takes care of all of this [for us]. The more OXEN can do offsite, the less we have to worry about this.
