Everyone did a fantastic job getting four new test drives out in a very short timeframe along with all of the other pressures you had with AWS re:Invent right upon us. Everyone was very professional, easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions and requirements. I really didn’t know if it was going to be possible but with your excellent help we were able to accomplish everything we needed to do.
Aledade partners with primary care physicians to deliver quality, personalized care to the communities they serve. Already all-in on AWS, and with its own DevOps Engineers and Software Engineers, Aledade sought help from REAN Cloud because of the deep subject matter expertise on security and healthcare. REAN Cloud’s staff were a huge help navigating HIPAA/HITECH compliance best practices on approved cloud services. They also had extraordinary attention to detail on security matters and are leaders at defining best practices on AWS. For all of our engagements with REAN, they had a ScrumMaster that helped keep both companies’ engineers focused on the important deliverables.
One of the things that is really key about REAN CLOUD that interested me is: they can bring the right people, so were able to deliver very Talented Individuals they made available and we really needed the best in the World and REAN provided those Initial Engineers. I would definitely recommend REAN CLOUD as good Partner of mine. I would recommend AWS to others as well, because I really feel like they have the most Innovative Cloud over there.

We are very pleased with the quality of REAN’s technical efforts and program management skills. Raven went operational on 1 June of this year. Several months earlier, we activated REAN Cloud Managed Services for a two-month test period with acceptable results.
The Managed Services team quickly discovered and corrected some bugs inherited from the original system developer. While we are early in our interactions with REAN Cloud Managed Services and just starting to appreciate the outcome of our collaboration, our assessment is favorable and, if we needed to make the decision again, WICS would employ REAN Cloud for both application development and Managed Services.
