Choosing an IT services provider is an important decision for any organization. FoxNet took the time to understand all our current technology needs as well as considering future needs before making any recommendations, always with the best interests of our organization as its priority.
We needed out of the box thinking and we got it. They proposed a solution that goes beyond the products they sell, because their objective is to craft an infrastructure solution that makes sense for the customer.
We outgrew our Rogers for Business and self managed IT. The FoxNet Solutions team got us setup and running with a fully managed Sophos Firewall, took care of integrating our existing phone system and pulling everything together. It's nice to finally get emails that things have been proactively fixed instead of losing days of my own time trying to resolve technology issues
FoxNet team’s problem solving abilities and strategic approach has been critical in establishing not only success on this project, but a long-term relationship with my former company.
