In my experience, MBU is a poorly run, unprincipled and disorganized company. They sold me a VOIP system for my multi-location business promising that it would meet all my needs and expand the functionality of the system it was replacing and guaranteeing technicians would be on site the day of the big phone switchover to program everything. Firstly, the equipment I ordered was several months late. Then on the day of the big switch, nobody showed up, and my phones stopped working. My calls and emails went unanswered. I was left to scramble and attempt to connect and setup everything myself. When my new phones started ringing, nothing was configured, nothing was setup, it was a disaster. It took over 2 WEEKS for MBU to get their act together and even then, no voicemails were set up, and our auto attendant was still playing a default message. Throughout I kept asking for the ID/Password so I could just set up everything myself. Finally, after a month, I was told that I had no control over this system, and all changes had to be made by MBU, the company who took weeks to respond to my emails.

I was finally invoiced for $1017.00 for the "installation" of my new system. I wrote the company to say I didn't feel I could pay for the installation which was a complete disaster and had a huge negative impact on my business, and that ultimately was for a system that didn't meet my needs despite their written promises it would. I received no responses to my emails. I called and simply talked to apologetic receptionists. I got the direct emails for senior managers - they never responded. And now, after not hearing from the company for over 7 months, in any way, I receive a bill again for $1017 with no explanation or justification.

I run a business. I can't imagine running a business this way.
