We needed a solution that automated a variety of business functions such as POs, SOs and CRM tasks. NetSuite was a standout leader, the integration options, user interface and dashboards are top notch.
We spoke with a number of different NetSuite Solution Providers, after talking to Big Bang ERP we realized it was like night and day. What Big Bang ERP offers as far as insight, development skills and communication is by far the best. Overall, Big Bang ERP’s customer service, flexibility with calls, time scheduling, note taking, and overall taking of responsibility has made everything so easy. It’s nice to work with people who understand that not every company follows 9-5 hours of a particular time zone.I was looking for a consulting firm that could completely understand our requirements and deliver a solution that would save us time and ultimately money, I was so confident in the work that was being done, Big Bang ERP really took ownership of the implementation allowing me to focus my energy elsewhere. I can’t get over how responsive the entire team over at Big Bang ERP was. Our Project Manager kept me in the loop every step of the way, and I felt that the scoping and analysis before the first line of code was written was well thought through.
I basically knew what I wanted done and I needed a Salesforce consultant to meet my tight deadlines with no hand holding. We spoke to a few other Salesforce consulting firms prior to choosing Big Bang ERP, many seemed to be glorified Salesforce administrators. Big Bang ERP purposed the exact solutions I needed, and what they delivered was elegant and clean.
