I like when I call I have response the same day, usually within an hour. I have received phone calls from TotalCare IT notifying me of issues that were unseen on my side that they detected (and resolved) before I knew. I can't say enough good things about TotalCare IT. We were with another company for a number of years and thought that the problems we were having with our computers were the norm. Aaron Zimmerman sat down with me and did a consultation and asked what it was that I expected and where I wanted to be with things. Most businesses don't do that. He started with what we had and added to that to ensure our security and our backup systems were included. He made huge improvements in our systems so we don't have to worry about anything. Since TotalCare has taken over with our computer and server needs, we have been running smoothly and have had no hiccups with down computers or lost production.
The headaches are gone and the predictability of the computers are there. Whenever we have a small issue, TotalCare is right there to take care of it. Amazing difference from what we had. Customer service and technical support is above the industry standard. Great job TotalCare!
