As the only IT person at our company, I need to be a generalist. Generally good at hardware, software, OS’s, databases, backup infrastructure, cybersecurity, domains, communications, data movement, budgeting, planning, etc. CSTG provides the knowledge and ability where I lack it when I need it. They are quick to respond to needs, they offer unbiased advice, and they offer a wide range of hardware and services that help me maintain a complicated IT infrastructure.
CSTG ALWAYS responds quickly. They take the time to understand the issues and initiate repairs promptly. I get updates as repairs progress, and they check back to be sure the work is completed. All this service at a fair price allows me to concentrate on running my business and not worry about the health of our equipment.
We have been working with CSTG for a long time now, and they always have extremely professional, prompt, and very good at what they do. We know our office can rely on them to solve any problem we bring to them. We would recommend CSTG to any office because you will not receive better service from anyone else.
