We are very pleased with our company’s conversion to Citrix ShareFile. The thought of transitioning from a server to a cloud solution is scary for any company, but everything went extremely well. RMON Networks hosted training for our employees on Monday morning, to our surprise, everyone immediately liked it. ShareFile is nice and simple, even for our non-techie employees. After several years of striking out with a variety of IT service providers, we’ve hit a home run with RMON. As our business grew from a small engineering firm to a larger manufacturing based organization, one IT provider after another struggled to provide the breadth and depth of technical support we required. RMON Networks contracted with the Town of Newton in 2012 to manage the computer infrastructure and recommend upgrades for our growing technology needs overseeing multiple locations.
