CAI’s data backup and recovery service gives us complete peace of mind in knowing that if the unthinkable were to happen, we have a level of security in place that will enable us to restore operations in a fraction of the time it used to take.
When CAI approached us with their cloud-based offering, we had already researched the advantages of cloud computing and so we jumped at the idea. CAI had been providing our primary application software (Ponderosa Building Materials Software) and we have been very pleased with the support provided. After consideration of all the pros and cons our transition to the cloud seems like the best course of action to manage our IT woes.
During the transition, CAI was with us every step of the way, and at this point we feel we have made a good decision.It’s comforting to know that we’re being protected 24/7 by the latest network security technology and, more importantly, a partner with the expertise to deploy it. CAI’s continuous support lets us get back to doing what we do best – providing our customers with the freshest seafood money can buy.
