One area that is critical for me is quick turnaround. When I have an employee who has computer issues and they can’t get their job done, it’s very important that the problem get rectified sooner rather than later. (With NSG), I’ve never had a situation where I’ve had to call a second time or make a second request. I know within 30 minutes of me contacting them via email that I’m going to hear back from them and they’re going to start working on the problem.
Orion has employed NSG to plan and implement our computer systems and support software for the past 5 years. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service they have provided to us. They exhibit professionalism in every aspect of their business and work very hard to establish lasting, trusting relationships with their clients.
NSG staff make me think of the Nike slogan—'Just Do It!' This is what I like most about them: their attitude. But they are also very good strategists… they know how to think way ahead. Mike laid the foundation for contingencies so fewer things went wrong, and we were prepared if they did.
We've been working closely with NSG for close to a decade. I've had other lawyers ask me who I would recommend, and I always tell them, NSG. For example: One of our lawyers was in court a few weeks ago, and the computer he was using for a presentation completely locked-up. NSG had someone there within 15 minutes to unlock his computer and take care of everything. He was good to go before court got started. That’s just one example of what NSG does for us. They’re always there when we need them.
