We are very pleased with Communicate. They offered solutions for all our needs and even provided telephone training for us at a time to suit, outside of normal office hours. The project ran to time within our requirements, despite the complexities.
Working with our other tech partner (Think Big Services) on this project, the combined teams pulled together so that we had all our services installed and launched the day we opened our doors.

Communicate has worked with each to assist with their move to the site and deliver one or more services from their technology portfolio.It’s been a really exciting to renovate The Zetland, uncovering its architectural hidden gems. However, we knew that, despite its historic importance, we needed to bring it bang up to date with high-speed connectivity. We engaged Communicate to install the connection into the building and Wi-Fi access points.
We’re very excited for the future. There’s so much happening around us, with the Albert North development and the Middlesbrough to Kings Cross direct link. Communicate has ensured that we can satisfy modern expectations from our customers, by giving them the connectivity they need for their meetings.We engaged Communicate following a tender process. They knew we were a newly formed team working on behalf of local authorities so had a restricted budget and they took this into consideration when responding to the tender.
Communicate understood our requirements and were able to recommend a solution for our immediate IT demands, as well as considering the capacity we would need in the future and work that into the plans too. They also suggested ways to ensure resilience in case of any hardware failure with the installation.
The office refit was underway when the Communicate team arrived on site. They were flexible in fitting our infrastructure and had the system installed in one morning. The team were courteous and did a spotless job in our newly refitted office. We are very happy to have used Communicate.
