After extensive research, ShoreTel solutions came into our radar. It sounded like a perfect fit if you have the right partner to work with. We interviewed a number of companies before we met the LANtelligence team.
LANtelligence not only created a solution that integrated with our aging systems for an easy transition but also helped us centralize management at our head office. As a result we have better control of our phone system and have eliminated third party involvement.
One of the key points of our relationship with LANtelligence is that they understand our processes and they are always available for assistance and urgent issues. Knowing how critical it is for us to deploy a phone system at a new location almost instantly, they invested their time to educate our team about ShoreTel. We can now set up the phones at any of the facilities ourselves, using the LANtelligence team for larger deployments that involve more complex telephony solutions.We had an aging phone system at Rose Hills which made maintenance, management, and disaster recovery enormously challenging. Our Company relies on the phone system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Every day we communicate with 2700 customers via inbound and outbound calls, it is 32 400 customers a year. Poor performance on the legacy phone system translated into missed calls, unhappy clients, high maintenance costs, and continual administrative difficulties We were suffering significant losses due to this system performance. But most importantly, given the sensitive and delicate nature of our business, where any amount of lost calls is substantial, not being able to help a grieving person right away is saddening.
We had evaluated multiple product offerings, and ShoreTel offered the most value for the money. LANtelligence stepped up to the plate very quickly and took care of the project management, design and deployment. Over one weekend, LANtelligence moved 350 users to a new ShoreTel system.
As a result of the solution implemented by LANtelligence, we are able to give our clients the best customer experience during the most stressful time in their life.
