We were looking to partner with a data centre for the connections and expertise, and Telehouse possessed the requisite expertise to support our objectives, as well as shared values for excellence and business integrity.
The growth in online gaming and the availability of devices able to run games means network infrastructures are under increased pressure to support high levels of bandwidth that these games now command. It was therefore imperative that whoever we decided to partner with not only understood this but also had the ability to offer low-latency connectivity into the European gaming community – Telehouse did this on every level.

The technology implementation into Telehouse West was seamless and the end-to-end service provided by Telehouse was phenomenal. From a day-to-day perspective, the support that they deliver continues to surpass expectations.
We migrated ourselves away from BUPA and quite quickly found ourselves on a limited timescale to find a new patient management system and convert over to it before it hit end of life.
We saw Telehouse as the best provider to ensure our data was secure but the level of service they provided was a huge factor in transforming what could have been a difficult move into a very smooth transition.

Our presence within Telehouse West will enable our customers to trade quicker and more efficiently because they can be connected even closer to brokers and exchanges.
When it came to identifying a suitable data centre, we had to be sure whoever we chose had the capacity for future expansion as well as the ability to grow with our needs.
In terms of location, Telehouse was ideally placed to meet our need of providing a significant offering into European markets. We can connect to all its London sites as well as having access to an extensive range of carriers, ISPs and ASPs, which we can select to find the one that best fit our business needs. In addition, the cost and rates being offered were incredibly competitive, and represent real value for money for us. After assessing all these points as well as meeting them, it was clear their passions aligned with ours.
To cope with Catalyst2’s growth and evolution in services, it was decided that a full review of our data centre requirements was needed to ensure that we have a partner in place who can provide reliable, future-proof services and supply hands-on, knowledgeable onsite operations staff.
Telehouse’s data centres, particularly within its Docklands site, provide the best answer to our infrastructure requirements. We are able to connect to large carriers and Internet exchange points, whilst also deploying our infrastructure in the way we designed it to operate. Telehouse has allowed us to interconnect with new carriers via intra-site cross-connects, rather than paying for expensive back-haul options around London. This has helped to keep our operating expenses to a minimum, allowing us to invest in expanding and improving our infrastructure. Being able to reinvest has allowed us to deploy highly reliable and resilient systems – which in turn has allowed our business to become highly successful.
