Weston has supported our IT needs for many years. They have a wonderful response time and provide excellent customer service. They are always willing to work with us and help us in coming up with solutions for extra projects we take on. They have been an active part of our annual HIPAA Security Risk Assessments and have also offered classes for additional education and support.

Weston, both their services and staff have become an incredible asset to our organization. As technology in healthcare continues to grow, so does the need to ensure protection of patient’s PHI (Protected Health Information). Weston worked directly with our Executive Director and Compliance Officer to structure and map out a strategic plan including encrypted equipment security and updates to programs and software necessary to ensure the confidentiality of our information. Weston has also been instrumental in improving efficiencies with our technology. The incredible work by the Weston team led to Executive Director Karla Stead suggestion to CEO Brock McFarlane follow the Weston name with the tagline “Making Executive Director’s Dreams Come True.” It is unclear if that suggestion is under review by Weston! :)

We have been a client of Weston for a number of years, and their partnership has been invaluable. They've been available for weekend and after-hours emergencies and are readily available for any time a problem arises. They have also worked with our software vendors and have adapted our systems to some handle a variety of specialized applications. Whether we have people working at our home office, a job site, or somewhere else remotely, Weston has been able to keep them connected and on our network. They recently helped us upgrade our server and move our e-mail into the cloud. They did this with almost no downtime during business hours, and virtually no burden on our employees as a result of the upgrade.
We will continue to rely on Weston for our daily IT needs and when software and hardware needs to be replaced and upgraded.

After having worked closely with most (if not all) of the staff at Weston Technology Solutions over the last few years, I hope to adequately describe how impressed I am with your commitment to excellent customer service as well as the security and peace of mind I feel having you manage all of our office and laboratory IT needs. At first, I was concerned about not having in-house IT support (you may remember). Weston quickly provided me with the confidence I needed for an IT Service Provider to be the best choice to address the IT needs for our company. We have faced numerous IT challenges over the years. Most recently those challenges were related to regulatory IT compliance needs, building a distinct office and complex lab network as well as multiple server installs to accommodate numerous software upgrades and data management needs. Weston met or exceeded expectations for each of these challenges. Frequently and equally as important, your team also delivers on the smaller daily challenges such as helping our staff over the phone to correct a seemingly minor computer annoyance. Those little annoyances were once ignored and impacted our productivity. The point I am making is, over the years Brock and the rest of the Weston team have always provided solid IT advice and ultimately delivered the right solutions for our business needs (large or small).
You guys provide four times the customer service over many of our other vendors. I really appreciate all you do for us! Weston truly feels like a business partner.

Most importantly, we have seen a significant reduction in our downtime giving us the ability to focus on our core business instead of our technology.
