Prior to Modo Networks becoming our I.T. service provider we had gone through three different entities who made us promises only to make things worse beyond repair. Modo immediately came in and started solving the problems. It was a long process but it was made tremendously easier due to the time, patience and level of service provided to us. Within a few months we had noticeable differences in our company’s I.T. infrastructure and it has only become better since.
The I.T. support portal they established for my company is a life saver. No more having to drive hours to look at a computer. No more spending hours on a phone with a remote user trying to talk them through something. It makes it possible to do a quick repair on a computer or server no matter where I happen to be.
The general support staff is amazing! When I call the support number I always get a cheerful individual who is happy to help no matter how simple or complex my problem is. The ticketing system is great for keeping track of my problems and creates a great portal for communicating suggestions and solutions between the two parties.
Without Modo I would be an I.T. manager well over my head. They have been there countless times to fill the gap where my I.T. knowledge ends.
