Urban Network took over our previous provider and from day we had issues which were fixed for a fee, then the fees went up. Out of the blue our website was not showing the automated updated images which are normally twice a day. Urban Network take ages to respond from their call centre and if they ever get back to you there was always a fee even though there was no issues as it coincidently kept stopping the feed when it never happened in previous web hosting suppliers. After the third time we have left them for another provider. Been a week since we gave notice and told them all the issues and still no response.
The on-boarding process was easy and straightforward with minimum impact on day-to-day operations. With the help of Urban Network, we are experiencing faster and reliable IT services.
We experienced no disruption to our daily operations, Urban Network kept us up to date throughout the process; we always knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. Now the project is complete, we are confident that we have better levels of security and greater visibility of the network.
