We use TTR as our main IT technical support staff. Their service and support technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their broad range of technical skills is a valued asset for our company considering our varying industry demands.

TTR designed our entire network infrastructure for our new office, they were responsible for all network cabling and setting up our wireless network. They really helped make our move from a technology aspect seamless and the work was done on time so that when we setup our computers, everything was up and running flawlessly.
The conversion is done and TTR did a great job. It was as smooth as any conversion I’ve seen. There are always some kinks to be worked out with overhauling an old network but TTR addressed them in a timely fashion and had our staff up and running with no downtime.
Total Technology Resources has been our outside IT vendor now for 2 years, they assist us with our server support and backup strategies. Last year when we had a server crashed they worked throughout the night to help us get back up and running.
