System IT have worked with us scheduling updates and maintenance throughout the working week and also at the weekend. This enables us to keep working during our normal working hours and minimise disruptions to our business.
They respond quickly to problems we report either by telephone or email. I personally like their remote support, where they take control of the PC to fix minor problems. This is good because it means an onsite visit is not needed, therefore time is not taken out of our day.
