We are thrilled with the experience we have had with the Smart IT Comms system. The system has transformed the way we communicate with our patients. We are now able to efficiently manage our calls, easily transfer calls to the appropriate staff member, and provide our patients with a seamless experience. We couldn’t be happier with the Smart IT Comms system, and we highly recommend it to any healthcare provider looking to upgrade their communication infrastructure.
With our existing server, we were looking to replace our infrastructure with a much more up to date and efficient solution that would help with day-to-day work. Due to the nature of our business, we also felt that replacing our server with something that offered the highest levels of security would be wise.
The Solution Martin and Steven offered us gave us everything we were looking for in our server change as well as the added confidence in the 3 servers. Client service is a priority at TLW. Our new server solution means we can be sure our clients won’t experience long periods of down time and disruption.
Since the installation of our new server we have had no issues. Our day-to-day work has greatly improved thanks to the increased speed and reliability of the server.

We are extremely happy with the ticket response timeframes from the helpdesk and escalation teams, the engineers are all friendly and extremely proactive and helpful.We chose to partner with Smart IT as they already had a proven track record of working with Age UK charities in other parts of the country and we felt they took the time to understand our needs.
