My experience with Millgate has enabled me to concentrate on my day to day job, rather than have to worry about being ripped off or over charged by a supplier and having to spend time on the minutia that comes with supplier management, I also know that if I need quality technical engineering work at last minute, Millgate will find a way of meeting my expectations and deadlines.
Millgate engineers can be left alone on site to get on with the work and do not require constant checking like some companies I have used in the past, I can trust that when I come back at a later time, work would have progressed at a healthy pace and that the standard of work would surpass my expectations.

Millgate was very professional and explained everything that was happening. They allowed me as IT manager to set rules for my network and implemented some of their own suggestions. They talked me through the new ways of how to do things with the updated server OS.
I found Millgate to be very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I have managed to continue with tasks this week, without the further need to call for assistance from Millgate or any other engineers.

When first contacted by Millgate, my then provider was giving me what I thought was very good pricing and delivery.
But since I moved all of our IT buying to Millgate, I’ve been given excellent service, a very perceptive and responsive single point of contact in a dedicated Account Manager, and also excellent pricing.
I still have other Companies trying to get me to consider them, but I see no reason to when everything is provided exactly as I need it right here.
