After a period of dissolution of Managed Services, we decided to engage soma technology group to provide a shortfall of technical expertise, not only did they provide the required technical know-how but also were able to help with many projects either in the provision of Hardware/Software and/or implementation. Having a level one/two technician on site has meant a reliance on soma technology group to provide guidance and support at short notice, this has been achieved with excellent customer service consistently exceeding our expectations. Having a Managed Service provider who works closely with the business has allowed us to forward plan and take the business from a very vulnerable stage to a secure, stable and simple to maintain infrastructure that has left management to concentrate on building the business.
