Thank you Candoris! I had a chance to put my training on the system into practice the very next day at an off-site meeting with one of our college partners. I was able to use the mobile app (Salesforce) to provide them with up-to-date application data for students who they knew had yet to register for classes. Together, we were able to go through 10 students in 5 minutes, leading to real-time action!
