From our beginning purchase negotiations with Gil Aycock, through the orientation by Sandie Jones, to the installation and service calls handled by Mark and David, we have been totally pleased. It is refreshing to work with a professional organization that realizes the importance of the telephone system in our business.
We have been totally “spoiled” by the 616 system. The speed dialing feature is one of our favorites, allowing us to program in customers, etc., and retrieve them with only the push of a button. Our training,support and service has been exceptional. The response is always immediate and the cooperation and professionalism something we value highly.We couldn’t be more pleased with our telephone system. It is everything that your marketing representative promised that it would be. The performance of your technicians during their installation process was quite professional, they managed to complete the entire job without interrupting the work flow of our office. Due to the reliability of the telephone system we have not had a serious problem that required servicing, but the few minor things that have arisen were responded to as though they were indeed serious. This quality of service is appreciated. We look forward to many years of service from Business Telephone Systems.
