We had our own in-house IT person and we found that he was not getting any time off, he wasn't able to take vacation and any time he had a day off or needed a vacation we would have IT issues that none of the rest of us were able to solve.
After the meeting with Dataprise, there was a scope of engineers, a breadth of talent that even if our primary engineer didn't have all of the answers, they'd be capable of turning to the resources inside Dataprise to find the answer.
There's a couple of things that come to mind when I think of why we continue to value the Dataprise relationship, continuity, flexibility, breadth of knowledge.

Dataprise has been incredibly responsive either through our on-site technician or now with the 24/7 helpdesk to make sure all IT emergencies are handled as quickly and as professionally as possible. We have a Virtual CIO relationship with Dataprise, and that individual has been incredibly helpful in helping us merge two of our databases. We have a comfort level with our vCIO.
We are so happy with the support that Dataprise gives us, not only on the technical side but also the personalities of the people that we work with.

Some of the unique qualities about Dataprise come with their direct hands-on approach, and we feel comfortable if something happens at two o'clock in the morning we will be contacted by the monitoring team and make things work for us the next morning when we come to work.
The one great thing about them is there is no issue to small or too large for them to come in and answer.

Physician practices or even the large physician practices are small businesses, and they don't have the ability to have in-house IT departments. Dataprise offers that solution, they allow to scale the service as well as kind of scale the pricing for that service in a way that makes sense, they give you access in doing that in terms of scale to technicians engineers who have a variety of know-how.
People in our office who most often interface with the people in Dataprise, and what they say they are very satisfied, for me personally as the executive director who is overall responsible for the relationship it's almost about how infrequently I need to interface with Dataprise which means that it's working well working seamlessly.

Dataprise did an assessment to let us know whether we had anything to worry about. That was the scariest meeting I have ever had [...] because what we learned was that we had multiple vulnerabilities.
Dataprise came in, and just got in there with us and started to working both on the legacy problems that we've had for years, and what we needed to either get rid of, improve or fix.

Dataprise has been working for us for the last four and halve years, when I started with the organization our infrastructure was basically in shambles.
