I work remotely away from my corporate office and over the last year I have had several server connection problems. Each time I have had an issue I reached out to Acumen for help. They were prompt with their response and were able to get me reconnected quickly. The last time I had a connection issue it took a bit of work for the Technician from Acumen to get me reconnected. At that time he did a temporary fix so I could continue working. He later was able to make a permanent fix for which I have not had any more problems. Beyond his commitment to stay with the issue until it was fully resolved I also received two separate phone calls the following day to make sure that I was not having any more issues.
