Preferred IT Solutions has helped bring our physician practice to the next level. We now have an amazing phone/texting system that allows us to connect all of our offices virtually. It allows our physicians to communicate with staff members efficiently. At this time, during the Covid-19 crisis, we have several staff members working from home and it is transparent. If it wasnt for this phone system it wouldn't be possible. Preferred IT also installed security cameras at some of our offices which has allowed us to easily manage our remote locations. John, James, and Tim took the time to sit down with me and discuss our immediate and future IT needs of our practice. I would highly recommend these guys they are top-notch!

They will truly do whatever they can to help you and will not try to nickel and dime you. Consulted with them regarding a tough server migration and they were a pleasure to work with through out the entire process.
